Self Care Sunday:  Journaling. 

If you spend time alone consistently doing something just for you, then what do you like to do best? What nourishes you most?

Here, right now, it’s journaling. Take  Pen & Paper, a few deep and gentle breaths and discover yourself.  Let’s start with “ Today I am…..‘ or ‚Who am I? The most fateful relationship of all is with ourselves! What draws us what drives us what slows us down what carries us?  

Anyway, it’s such a great Space to dive into our fundamental questions 🙂
